Upon purchasing a digital product from MSJSA, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product in accordance with the license type purchased.

Regular License:

• Use in a single end product for personal or commercial use
• The end product may not be resold or redistributed
• No redistribution of original files
• No attribution required

Extended License:

• Use in multiple end products
• Permitted use in products for sale
• Includes all Regular License rights
• Original files may not be redistributed

You are expressly prohibited from:

• Selling, sublicensing, or redistributing the products or files
• Sharing purchased files with third parties
• Using products to create competing marketplaces or services
• Reverse engineering or modifying core files for resale
• Removing copyright or proprietary notices
• Using products for unlawful purposes

All products, content, designs, and materials available on MSJSA are the intellectual property of MSJSA and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership rights.

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice. The price shown at checkout is the final price charged.

Payments are processed securely through supported third-party payment providers. Access to digital products is granted only after successful payment confirmation.

MSJSA does not store full payment card details. Payment providers process your information in accordance with their own privacy and security policies.

All products sold on MSJSA are digital. Upon successful payment, delivery is completed electronically via email or secure download links.

You are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided during checkout is correct. Digital delivery is considered complete once the product has been successfully sent.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds are granted only in exceptional cases, such as duplicate charges or failure to deliver the product.

Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable time after purchase and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Purchased products may receive updates at our discretion. Support is provided for basic installation and usage questions but does not include custom development services.

All products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MSJSA makes no guarantees regarding compatibility, performance, or suitability for any specific purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MSJSA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

MSJSA reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
